Meringue Magic

Making merigue and pavlovas which are extremely light on the palate with its crisp yet fluffy, cotton candied texture.

Icing cupcakes with a friend’s recipe for melt-in-the-mouth royal icing instead of the usual buttercream frosting. The intricacy in piping work requires a steady pair of hands and this is something I hope to master over time, for now, my skills in this department are still rather amateur!
